“I’d never done Pilates before. Six weeks on the reformer and my back pain is gone, and every instructor knows my name.”
“Booking takes seconds and the classes are small, so you really get corrected. Equipment Pilates is tough in the best way.”
“I came for the prenatal classes and stayed for yoga. A calm studio, kind people and beautiful morning light.”
FAQ
Still wondering? Write to us and we’ll answer the same day.
Start with a free intro session or a beginner Reformer class. Your instructor sets up the machine with you and adjusts every exercise to your level.
Reformer classes use one machine and suit every level. Equipment Pilates adds more machines, springs and straps for a harder full-body workout, so some experience helps.
Mat and yoga classes are €22, prenatal €26, Reformer €32 and Equipment Pilates €34. Class packs lower the price, and your first intro session is free.
Our prenatal classes are built for every trimester and taught by instructors trained in prenatal Pilates. Check with your doctor before you start.
Comfortable clothes and grip socks. Mats, towels and water are waiting for you at the studio.
